Cooking Instructions :
1.Soak a spring roll wrapper sheet in room temperature water for about 1 minute.Remove it from water
2.Remove it from water and place it on a clean working surface,such as a cutting board or damp cotton kitchen towel.
3. Wipe away any excess water with the edge of your hand.
4.Place a favorite filling(such as softend Star Lion Rice Noodles,shredded cook chicken,peeled cooked shrimp
tofu strips,bean sprouts,minced green onions,lettuce and fresh basil or mint leaves)
in a line near the widest part of the circle.leaving space on all sides for wrapping.
5.Fold the bootom up over the filling.Fold the left and right sides inward to close the ends of the roll,and then roll it up.
6.Seal the roll by dipping your fingers in the water, moisteningthe "flap" and gently press it shut.Depending on the filling.
the rolls can be served cold or deep fried.
